每当一张 Green Voucher 在符合条件的 METAWAY 旅游配套中成功使用并完成出发后，METAWAY 将贡献 RM20 支持本期红树林修复相关环保行动。 For every Green Voucher successfully redeemed under an eligible METAWAY travel package and completed departure, METAWAY will contribute RM20 to support the current mangrove restoration initiative.

重要条款Important Terms

  1. RM20 Green Travel Voucher 是 METAWAY TRAVEL 发出的旅游促销 voucher。The RM20 Green Travel Voucher is a promotional travel voucher issued by METAWAY TRAVEL.
  2. 顾客不需要支付任何公益捐款即可领取 voucher。Customers are not required to make any donation or charity payment to receive the voucher.
  3. 每当一张 voucher 在符合条件的 METAWAY 旅游配套中成功使用并完成出发后，METAWAY 将贡献 RM20 给当期 ESG / SDG 活动或指定环保合作机构。For every successfully redeemed voucher under an eligible METAWAY TRAVEL package, METAWAY will contribute RM20 to the current ESG / SDG initiative or appointed environmental partner.
  4. Voucher 只有在旅游配套订单确认、付款完成并成功出发后，才算正式成功使用。A voucher is considered successfully redeemed only after the travel package booking is confirmed, payment is completed, and the trip has successfully departed.
  5. 环保贡献由 METAWAY 承担，不是由顾客捐赠。METAWAY 不代表任何慈善机构向公众收取捐款。The environmental contribution is made by METAWAY, not by the customer. METAWAY does not collect public donations on behalf of any charity or organisation.
  6. METAWAY 不会因本活动向顾客开出可税务扣除的捐款收据。METAWAY does not issue tax-deductible donation receipts to customers for this campaign.
  7. Voucher 有效期为 12 个月，只适用于指定 METAWAY TRAVEL 旅游配套。The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and applies to selected METAWAY TRAVEL packages only.
  8. 每个 booking 只可使用一张 RM20 Green Travel Voucher，除非 METAWAY 另行书面批准。Each booking may use one RM20 Green Travel Voucher only unless otherwise approved by METAWAY in writing.
  9. Voucher 不可兑换现金、不可转让、不可出售。The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable, and cannot be resold.
  10. Voucher 不可与其他 promotion、特别折扣、员工价、清仓价或团体专属价叠加，除非另有说明。The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, special discounts, staff rates, clearance deals, or group-exclusive offers unless stated otherwise.
  11. 活动名称、主办单位名称、合作伙伴 logo、官方 SDG 资产、照片、报告或证书的使用，须获得相关主办单位或合作伙伴确认与授权。Use of event name, organiser name, partner logos, official SDG assets, photos, reports, or certificates is subject to confirmation and approval from the relevant organiser or partner.
  12. METAWAY 有权因运营、合作伙伴或合规需求，在合理通知下修改、暂停或终止本活动。METAWAY reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign with reasonable notice due to operational, partner, or compliance requirements.
